You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.


2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@mariellapaints.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once you receive the RAN, securely package the item and ship it back to us.


3. Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.


4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
